My name is Lucy Johnson
I’m a psychotherapist who works with people who are tired of people-pleasing, perfectionism and never quite feeling “good enough”.

If you’re here, things might have been feeling a bit heavy lately.
I work with people who feel tired from always having to hold it together:

Together, we’ll explore the deeper patterns behind the anxiety, low mood and overthinking, and begin to gently untangle them.
My approach is warm, collaborative and grounded in self-compassion.
You don’t need to perform or be perfect here. You get to show up exactly as you are.
